  • Satiny gift cards can be used as a payment method at checkout.
  • If the gift card balance does not cover the total order amount, you can combine it with another payment method (such as a credit card, PayPal, or an installment option).

Important Notes:

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless an installment plan is selected.
  • Satiny does not charge additional fees for using installment services. Any financing costs (such as interest or late fees) are determined by the provider.
  • All transactions are processed in USD. If you are purchasing from outside France, your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees or currency conversion charges.
  • We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors to ensure the security of your payment details.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • For credit/debit cards and PayPal, the refund usually appears within 5-10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For installment payments (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm), your refund will be processed by the provider, and your repayment schedule will be updated accordingly.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited to your Satiny gift card balance.

1. Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

You cannot split an order across two different credit/debit cards or between PayPal and a card. However, if you have a Satiny gift card, you can use it with another payment method (such as a credit card, PayPal, or an installment option) to complete your purchase.

2. Do you store my credit card information?

No, Satiny does not store any payment details. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by our payment providers.

3. How do installment payments work?

When you choose Afterpay, Klarna, or Affirm, you will be redirected to their platform during checkout to complete the setup. Approval and installment schedules are determined by the provider.

4. Are there additional fees for using installment payments?

Satiny does not charge additional fees. However, depending on the provider's policy, interest or late payment fees may apply. Please review the provider's terms and conditions before completing your purchase.

5. What happens if I request a refund?

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
● For installment payments, your repayment plan will be adjusted accordingly by the provider.
● If you paid with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited to your Satiny gift card balance

6. Can I pay with a gift card?
